Corn cheese balls are amazing party snack recipe which just melts down in your mouth. It is basically a Greek cuisine recipe, but heavily adopted by Indian cuisine. If you love corn and cheese, then this is for you. These are irresistible snack, you want to pop them in your mouth and never want to stop. Corn cheese ball is a very simple recipe... however you have to be a little careful as the mixture or dough has to be tightly rolled so that the cheese balls are firm. For better result do freeze the cheese balls for a minimum of 20 minutes. This would prevent the cheese to melt and burst out while deep frying. This simple, great Indian version appetizer is loved by all, especially by kids and it goes without saying.. a favourite at my home too. Cheese Corn Balls is one such dish that can be served anytime of the day and appeals to all age groups. They also make a great and amazing party starter. They are also best savored at tea-time on a cloudy and cool day and also when we have unexpected guests around.
Corn and cheese, both are equally delicious and delectable ingredients, and when combined together, they make an irresistible dish. You can also make this snack recipe for kitty parties, family get-togethers and birthday parties. Also a perfect finger food which can be paired with cocktails and mocktails. Serve the delicious snack with sauce or mint chutney. In this recipe I have used cheese and corn .. you may add cooked potato, bell pepper and green peas.
