Ingredients :

200 gms Quaker rolled Oats roasted & ground coarsely
200 gms Sundrop crunchy peanut butter
3-4 tblsp honey
5 tblsp flax seeds ground coarsely
1/2 cup Almonds ground coarsely
1/2 cup Walnuts ground coarsely
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp coconut oil
little coconut oil for greasing tray

Method :

1. Roast the Oats on medium flame until slightly golden. Later grind to a coarse consistency.
2. Transfer the coarsely ground oats, flax seeds, almonds, walnuts into a large mixing bowl.
3. Now add the cinnamon powder, salt, honey, peanut butter, vanilla essence & coconut oil. Mix well.
4. Once thoroughly mixed, transfer the mixture into a greased  tray or thali. 
5. Press down firmly until uniformly flattened so as to help them hold together better.
6. Let firm up in the fridge or freezer for 15-30 minutes.
7. Cut into square or rectangular pieces using a sharp knife. Enjoy these bars & store them in an air-tight container in the fridge.
