PROTEIN RICH CHICKEN SAUSAGES CHILLI FRY

Over the past several years, chicken sausage seems to have gone from a contemporary/unique semi-diet food to a respected product in its own right. The truth of the matter is that chicken sausage is super handy and a great ingredient for quick breakfast meal. It comes in a huge variety of flavors and I usually keep a few kinds of chicken sausage on hand in the freezer. It's the most energizing, protein-rich start you can give to your family. Dice them up and saute them into scrambled eggs. This is incredibly easy and you don't really need to add anything to make it delicious. Cut them into smaller cubes and fry them with veggies and rice. This makes the best fried rice I've ever eaten. Sausage variety truly is the spice of life, and is available in a number of ways, including spicy, hot sausages and bland sausages, as well as with flavorings running the gamut from garlic to pepper. The fact remains that these sausages are high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.
